agreed. but all 58 needs to do there is take away the pass and let murray have the shooter. as usual he tried to do too much and got burned. he'll never learn.
what's this, his 3rd nhl game? but yeah I like him a lot. really starting to notice him more when he's on the ice.
As you KNOW , take my bias with grain of salt....every team in the league now aims high either side of the head, and has done so for last 2 or 3 years. It is the open spot. Murr has a distinct weakness there which we all see...some are quicker there than others....
I think it is almost a dump based on age and cap HIT at this point....imo if they were smart they woulda convinced him to waive no trade a year ago. If we garner solid prospects or a draft I'm good with it...he is a liability penalty box wise...through all of his talents. Like OM1 I am sick of his act....I will happily do without...

Of all the good things Sid has been doing, did you see that play in OT where his buddy MacKinnon just carried the puck right around him and left him absolutely flat-footed ??

I'll be first to eat crow, I was bit bummed at Tanev signing when it happened mostly due to the term. But he's been great thus far, he's like a lightning bolt of energy. Dude plays hard and fast, very good drawing penalties too. Lafferty looking good too, I think he's earning himself a spot in the lineup. Could Bjustad be trade bait? I wouldn't mind if Lafferty keeps playing like this due to Bjustad cap hit and what he brings, IMO. Rather wait and see if Lafferty can sustain this success. I expect a defenseman to be traded within next few weeks. At least Jack Johnson is starting to play decent, may be able to trade him without having to give up an asset.
