NO campaign finance laws were broken! PERIOD. Personal money was paid to extortionists. Pure and simple. Nothing Illegal about the payment (not sure the same can be said about the extortion itself). No campaign money used. NONE! It was from Trump’s own wealth.
Trump put in millions of own money into his campaign. The money was his! Just like the previous thread, BHO was found guilty of similar campaign contributions and he paid a fine and nothing was thought of it. Same here. Not a good look for Trump but not illegal.

Is it not reported that Trump did in fact reimburse Cohn for the payments? A CEO once told me to never dip your ink into the company ink. It is much better to pay a professional who will keep her mouth shut.
When it comes to Trump, that did not even work. Hell it was almost 40 years after his death did we learn that JFK slept with Russian spy's and Trump pays $130.000 and still gets abused. You have to wonder how many women Hillary paid to keep quiet given how many women who came forward for free.

The document lays out the process used for the payment, and how the various entities worked on the scheme. Interesting reading.
