If they try to say Biden cooperated and Trump didn't. Then Garland protects Biden and not Trump. Especially when Trump was President and Biden took his documents when he was Senator and Vice President. That's going to cause some problems. Biden wasn't authorized because he wasn't President when took them. He cooperated doesn't mean anything.
