Who has the roughest ride next few weeks and conversely the easiest iyo?
To my eyes The Canes (aka a bunch of jerks) have a gauntlet to run...Isles with a lot of very winnable games in there...

Everyone has his own opinion, but I myself also think the Isles have the most favorable of 5 pretty tough divisional slates.
  • Pens have the Craps, Blues, and both the Preds and Canes twice
  • Craps have to play Tampa three times......though it won't surprise me if the Bolts ratchet things down a bit in advance of the playoffs......plus the Canes twice and the Pens.
  • Blojax have tthe Bruins twice in a week, go on a Western Canada swing (with the Flames fighting for #1 in the conference) plus the Preds and Isles
  • Canes play the Craps and Pens twice plus Tampa
That leave the Isles who have both the Blojax and Carey Price twice, plus the Bruins and Jets.

If I had my choice amongst the bottom 3, I would be overjoyed quite frankly if Canes and Habs made it, leaving those clownshow Blojax on the outside looking in...Fire Torts would likely be the answer, which would be fun, however Keiko and Davidson should go have a look in the mirror too. Let it happen please.

this seems like a really stupid thing to be talking about. just my opinion. carry on.

Hey! Settle down over there chief! He's presenting scenarios /schedules and I get bored between games!
I am all jacked up for tomorrow, and will likely be let down. Let's see if they hear me...

tomorrow should be fun. I'm sure it will be double m in net again. I bet we see desmith vs st louis.

Looks like the the BJ’s are down 1-0 with less that 10 left. One thing we don’t want is a OT and a 3 point game. I’d prefer to see the BJ’s pull this one out as I’d like to at least get home ice in the first round.

In today's PG, did you guys catch the statistics of the key players involved in the Pens/Panthers trade:
  • In 19 games, Bjugstad 8-3-11 (+0) and McCann 5-3-8 (+9)......and in 18 games, Brassard 3-3-6 (-12)
Nothing listed on Sheahan.....

Now this is something to talk about. It appears bjugstad has settled in and mcCann looks like the next coming of pascal dupuis (more in reference to him being the other player in a trade. marion hossa came to the burgh with pascal.

meanwhile, I have to wonder if brassard isn't happy with his "role"

Looks like the Matt Murray of December came to the rink tonight. I wanna give him the benefit of the doubt that nobody can play at as high a level as he's been in the last couple weeks; but the two GA tonight.....and the 2nd in particular......have an amazing ability of take the shine of the good streak he'd been in.

I saw the first a rolling puck on the glove handcuff. I can't fault him overly on it although they are plainly aiming there. The second I did not...that bad?

Btw...this St.Lou game on Sat I believe was the one that our pal @DocEER was to attend with his son as I remember? I had heard on the BL that he had found a new path in life that was working for him better, which is good as long as you're happy imo...hoping he still intends to get out to the game, youngster in tow!

what did I miss?

One fella on the main board said he was chatting with him and Doc had found God, and was choosing a new path but was happy. Not sure what was happening with him before that point but we here know ,I think he was struggling with some stuff. So long as He's healthy / happy I'm good...

ok, i hope he is good as well. thanks for the update.
