Won't happen. Intentionally coming up with impractical proposals doesn't solve anything. You might as well tax unicorn sales to pay for it.
They are still not forced to send their kids to any school. Private schools are an option. Home schooling is an option. Alternative schools are an option in some places.

Or tweak the constitution. Keep in mind when that thing was written it took months to cross the Atlantic, we relied on militias to defend our nation and the wealthy travelled by horseback and wagons.
You can turn yours in anytime you want. The rest of us who are responsible will keep ours. We have enough laws that aren't properly enforced now and nothing you are proposing is going to solve the actions of the irresponsible and criminals.

Right. And when it was written our military was comprised of citizens, not the professional army we have today. The firearms our gevernment allows you to have, despite your second amendment rights, are no match for them. They know this. Somehow our citizens don't.

They tricked the people during war to pay taxes & never stopped taking them .... now they force it on us & spend it in other countries....and people want to readily hand over our 2nd amendment to them.

The 16th Amendment was passed in 1913. WWI started in 1914, but we didn't get involved until 1917.
