Pens up 4-0 and Mountaineers baseball team whipping up on Pitt 9-1. Life is good!
Filthy. If he trained for baseball, I bet he would easily hit 330 for a season.

Lets see the 4th line a bit more here for the rest...Manning is up to his nonsense (what...about 3 or 4 interference that coulda been called), and they will try to maim our guys any way they can...

We will do our level best Euell...don't inform the others of my home attendance record lol...I do expect the Cryers to come out heavy early in that one...I will likely have to control the expletives in the stands I imagine. BTW my first battle of PA game! What better time than NOW! To Murray's right in periods 1 and 3, ....5 rows up...the HAPPY lookin fella lol.

It just figures they go out and blitz them tonight, I wanted to be the comeback kid lol...my road record in various stops is impeccable!....although I am hoping for the magic of that one Rangers game at the old Igloo where we actually won! We were chanting the names of Avery's various hookers during the game, may have helped. BTW I went to high school with that loser...he was a social misfit. Zero friends....
I dont think we see Elliott again...if we pot 5 more on Meraczk on Friday we may see some kind of beer league goalie a la Chicago a few weeks ago...

Heard an interesting litle tidbit today on NHLN Radio which I'd not heard before......
In 2013, Pens traded D Joe Morrow + a 2013 5th Round pick to Dallas for Brenden Morrow (only played 15 games, and I don't remember any of them) + a 2013 3rd Round pick. As it turns out, the Pens picked Jake Guentzel with the 3rd rounder. The Stars' 5th rounder turned out to be Matej Paulovic (who I don't believe has played outside Europe as a pro)..
Speaking of the 2013 Draft, the Pens traded their #28 selection to Calgary in the Jarome Iginla deal. Calgary selected Morgan Klimchuk (never left the minor leagues). Pens also included Kenny Agostino (played 10 games for the Flames over 2 seasons, and 7 games this past season for St Louis) and Ben Hankowski (played 16 games for Calgary over 2 seasons, then never left the minors.....and is now playing in the German DEL) in the deal.
Not sure which team got the better end of that deal......

You know, I didn't realize how conflicted I am about the Craps-Blojax.
I mean, for yours truly, this certainly represents the classic "I want both teams to lose" scenario......probably much like views by most fans on the Pens-Cryers series beyond Pittsburgh and Philly.
If I lived outside Ohio, I suspect I'd have little trouble reluctantly (but clearly) siding for Columbus. But being forced to deal with Jeff Rimer and Jody Shelley just makes it impossible for me to differentiate between either of these teams.
I gotta admit, though, that game winner by Panarin WAS pretty sweet.....

In Game 1, nothing went right for Philly.......after 2 tonight, EVERYTHING is going right for them. Sid could have easily tied up the game himself, and all he's got to show for the two great chances is the leftovers from the stick he busted over the Craps goal.
