New Kavanaugh accuser Julie Swetnick details parties where girls were drugged and raped

How did an athletic dr at MSU get away with molesting girls for decades?

I guess I just don’t understand the relevancy in your question. It either happened or it didn’t. On one side you have a credible woman with multiple security clearances who wrote a sworn testimony and is willing to take a polygraph and testify before Congress...and on the other side you got a guy who is already backing off his claims of never drinking in high school and whose yearbook reads like the script to Porky’s Revenge III: Animal House Redux

I know who I believe.

Asking that sort of question is just irrelevant. Keep on wondering why women don’t report. Lotta people gonna doe that hill so you won’t be the only one. Enjoy. Al Frankenstein sends his regards.
Why are you making up your mind without hearing testimony? I want folks to be questioned, and this needs to be investigated by someone, not necessarily the FBI, but someone independent.

BTW, I heard who was selected to do the questioning (name escapes me right now), but she is a longtime prosecutor with lots of experience investigating old cases like these. Based on what I read, and I read it in the Washington Post, she seems like a solid choice. I still think it is a cop out on the part of the committee members, but at least they went with someone with very good qualifications for this sort of concern.

I wouldn't take anything THE posts seriously. Not often an IRS employee, or any government employee, racks up a $40,000 lien to the feds.

Is this some obscure theory or relativity you’re trying to peddle. It happened in one case so the same most hold in this case.

I used to work with some former IRS attorneys, and some of those folks were consistently late to file. I'm not sure if any of them were in trouble with the IRS, but they didn't seem to care about filing deadlines.

You’d think libtard Senators would be good with the choice as well - female prosecutor with good record...but some dipchits are speaking out against it.

LOL.....On one side you have a credible woman.
No shit......I know who I believe.
You know polygraphs are useless.....don't you?

The point is that failure to report crimes of these types is not uncommon. You mention it like the example is a one off. It isn't.

Possibly....but I don't think you could continue passing security backgrounds owing that kind of money. The biggest giveaway is that THE posted it on the day the person's name was released. Is it possibly true? Sure. I just wouldn't put money on it.

Actually it's a release but ole dumbass tarheel isn't intelligent enough to know what he copies and pastes from the tin foil sites. Your point stands, nothing to do with rape.

Anti anything Trump........that's how the cluck rolls. Kananaugh cannot possibly defend himself against all these allegations is probably toast but it will be fun watching how this clown reacts to the next nominee.

Don't get me wrong, plenty on the right have made up their minds as well, although the conclusion is different. I'm concerned that members of the committee on both sides of the aisle are approaching this in tis way. That's a disservice to the process. If this is a vetting process, let's conduct a vetting process with an open mind. If this is political hackery (on both sides) disguising itself as a vetting process, we're wasting our time and soiling the process.

It’s been a political hack job all along...and it all starts with Feinstein’s release of the letter.

Washington Post columnist Jennifer Rubin is under fire for declaring that the woman selected by the “clueless old white guys” on the Senate Judiciary Committee to assist Republicans in questioning Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh's accuser is “from Sheriff Joe's operation.”
Rachel Mitchell was hired to question both Kavanaugh and his accuser. She works in the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office in Phoenix as the chief of the Special Victims Division and deputy county attorney.
“The Maricopa County Attorney's Office is a completely separate agency than the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office,” according to Maricopa County Attorney Office spokesperson Amanda Steele .

Without some sort of plausible explanation, I'm not happy about the timing of Feinstein's release of the letter. I see that as political, but I don't know if there were extenuating circumstances (waiting for Ford's permission maybe) before going down that path.

I've said all along the there may some truth to Ford's story. There is no way we ever know if Kavanaugh was the perpetrator. It's a she said....he said. It's is indeed baffling that the "choir boy" has gone on living for 35 years and this stuff is just now coming to light.....strange indeed. It is unbelievable that Ford has supposedly carried this burden for all those years and all of a sudden she wants to get it off her chest......even stranger.

He worked around a bunch of women - are you telling me he never tried anything with them?

Bill Cosby had victims dating back into the late 60's. He wasn't in a position of power. The bulk of the women assaulted, per the claim, were underage and drunk. There are potentially a lot of reasons why they wouldn't report, and one of them might be that they remembered very few details about the assaults - hard to prosecute people if you can't say who assaulted you.
Bill Cosby was a star back int he 70's, not sure about the 60's, kinda a fog since I was a teenager. If this was going on in 10 parties that this obviously much older woman was attending, don't you think somebody would show up at home drugged, disheveled, bleeding etc from these gang rapes? Some dad would sure have gotten a hold of the police and it wouldn't be hard to back track. Again, Feincrooked holds this letter until after the committee is ajorned, then all this comes out now? Kinda suspicious if you ask me, esp with the creepy porn lawyer involved.

Explain your definition of credible? Andrew McCabe worked for many of the same organizations and would you consider him credible?

Why does the left always resort to character assassination?

  • Judge Bork- denied for smoking dope- The left wanted to legalize pot at the time but for some reason, if you smoked pot you could not be be a SC justice
  • Judge Thomas- Since he was a black judge, they had to find a black women to try and take him down. He fought back and was appointed anyway
  • President HW Bush- Out of touch with society, (he was) and Iran Contra, oh yea, he puked on a japanese PM which makes him to frail to hold office.
  • President Bush- Affair with a secretary. Too dumb to be president. Stayed and finished reading to a classroom full of kids while the twin towers were going down. Blamed for high gas prices.
  • Judge Alieto- Racist
  • Sen. McCain- Manchurain candidate. Too old to hold office.
  • Gov. Romney- Was Morman and hated women.
  • President Trump-first golden showers and then Russian collusion. Now sleeping with porn stars.
  • Judge Kav.- Tried to slow it down hoping that they could make it to the midterms where they hoped to take over congress and then be able to force a delay until 2020 or until they can throw Trump and Pence out so that the speaker can take over. They trotted out a soft claim of rape, followed it up with another claim on indecent exposure and now they go full force with gang rape.
The right trying the same tactics:

  • Kennedy- Nothing. Only to find he did sleep with spys and do drugs while in office
  • Carter- Really did not have to do anything, he did it to himself
  • Clinton- Took existing claims while he was gov. and magnified them by ten. Kept looking until he was putting out cigars in an intern in the oval office and thought no-one would ever tell.
  • Obama- He is not an American citizen. Tried to say he hung with far left people. After office, pictures come out with him hanging with far left leaders while in office but was kept secret until he left office.
  • Judge Kegan-Had never been a judge before (1st in the history of the US)
  • Judge Sotomeyer- In one of her briefs, she stated that a Latino women would have better judgement than a white man.

I’m not wondering why she didn’t report her instance of rape. Im aware that many reasons exist why that wouldn’t occur.

I’m curious why she’d continue attending rape rallies in which she saw other girls being raped and why she wouldn’t report those and why she’d continue attending rape rallies with the same people in which she was gang raped.

Oddly telling you can’t remain on point. You also didn’t answer my other question, do you believe she is alleging that He and Judge raped her in point 13.

Not odd at all....this clown has zero honesty.

That’ll make for an awkward first day in prison.

“What are you in for?”
Hahaha

I wasn’t saying that as an excuse for his behavior, and yea, that’d be some funny shit to witness, the prison part.

How many on this board went to high school parties while they were in College like Swetnick claims she did. I went to college parties while in high school but never the other way around.
