I think you are playing "God". You don't know who's going to end up a criminal and who's not? You're assuming all parents who have an unexpected pregnancy are:

1) irresponsible...some are, but many also take care of their kids when they suddenly show up unexpectedly

2) going to require government assistance...some do, but not at expense of forcing taxpayers to fund those who don't

3) automatically funded by taxpayers. To me this is the biggest flaw in your argument, because while you claim to be against public assistance, you're arguing for it, particularly when it comes to killing innocent children who don't ask to be born and don't choose their irresponsible parents! You want taxpayers to pay for all of that.

Let's try holding adults responsible for their behavior both prior to and after an unwanted pregnancy? Let's teach that human Life is important and valuable regardless of the circumstances of birth? Let's stop assuming the worst in folks, (that they'll all turn into criminals) and aspire to encourage folks towards more responsible, and yes more moral pathologies that will obviate the need for all you're whining about?
