Actually I think 13 is a good ranking for us. If we beat TCU on Saturday, we will be right around #10.
Beat OSU and KU and we will be right around #5. Our schedule sets up nicely this year.
Well said sir....enough with the hand wringing already......look, polls are meaningless unless you take care of business....whuppin' ass is our business, & business is good!...Season #5 is over...time to move on to Season #6...take care of business, play Mountaineer football, & the polls will take care of themselves....
I agree...although that was a tough go vs OSU, they should definitely drop a bit...With 2 losses and a loss this week at home Wisky does not move and stays in top 10

jeez, stopping with the wailing & gnashing of teeth. We jumped 8 slots in one & 5 in the other. 13 is a decent spot to be in right now. Keep winning & a few above us lose and it will take care of itself.
Why should they drop at all? They lost to a higher rated team. They were supposed to lose. Everyone treats this as a "King of the Hill" game. You stay on top till you lose and you fall. The real gauge should be who are the best 25 teams in the country. Just because you have a loss to a top rated team does not mean you could not beat all the other teams ranked below that team.I agree...although that was a tough go vs OSU, they should definitely drop a bit...
