Thanks man! I try to leave it all on the field when I post. It’s hard and lonely being a leader sometimes but it’s always helpful and uplifting when I get feedback like yours. Change(of homer opinions) can be rough but I’ve always tried to lead by example and I think this site is starting to embrace my leadership and experience. Again thanks!!!
