Not going to go into what Dog said. I'll take it from another perspective. Who could he? Millions of Americans hate the man with a passion that borders on psychosis. No matter what he would have done, it would have been opposed vehemently. When he placed a travel ban on China, Biden, Pelosi and the Democratic base called him xenophobic. Forget that he was right about it - the automatic response is to attack and destroy anything the man says. Without thought or apology, neither of which comes from that side of the aisle. Also, for someone who claims to be better educated than most on here, your understanding of the Constitution and the principles therein is shameful. You don't understand the limits to the president's powers. It's either that, or, you want a president who is TRULY authoritative, which by the tenor of most of your posts, it would appear this is the case.

A move straight out of the Hillary Clinton playbook, eh? Let's see, the man is attacked in the press daily. Things he does wrong, and there are plenty to work with, are exaggerated and repeated ad nauseum. Things he does right, and there are plenty of those, too, hardly get a mention. Add to the fact, and all of this is from testimony given during the hearings, that the Clinton campaign paid for a fake dossier on Trump which was used, knowingly, to issue warrants illegally on members of his campaign with the intention of finding ANYTHING to rid America of the man. This information was, again, knowingly and willfully used to impeach the man. If that were you, wouldn't you be worried about what the other side will try next?

I don't know how old you are. Probably too young to have lived through much of the Cold War. All along, people on both sides, the USSR and the USA, prayed that their leaders would communicate directly. Read up on the Cuban Missile Crisis and how deals had to be brokered through intermediaries. Presidential candidates used to be asked this question all the time - how would you deal with the leader of X? Their answer was always the same - they'd talk to them. They never did. They all worried about the political fallout that would come from doing so. Until Reagan and Gorbachev. Now, until Trump. He doesn't "look into his soul" (Putin) like Bush. He doesn't avoid him out of fear like Obama. He talks to them and the press hounds him for it and makes it look like he's in bed with them.

He's wanting to win an election. Simple as that. It's politics. Why should she be treated any differently than Newsome from California or Justice from WV? Because she's a woman? Pfffft, that dog don't hunt. Politics is bloodsport. If you can talk a big game like Whitner then you should be able to take it, too.

Yes! Isn't that refreshing? To hear a politician who says what he thinks and feels? Yes, yes, and thankfully yes! Aren't you tired of being lied to by your politicians, who whisper sweet nothings in your ear only to do something different when they get elected? Like that doofus Biden who has been doing it for 50 years and again has nothing to show for it. With Trump, you at least know where he stands. You don't have to like it - a lot of it I don't and have stated many times on here - but its out there. This is who I want in office - someone I can TRUST to tell me what he thinks and feels even though I may not agree with it. If the country goes with Biden on Tuesday, we're just going back to what we've always had. Biden is the comforting vote. He's a congenital liar (like Trump) who will tell you whatever you want to hear depending upon what group of people he's trying to con at the moment (unlike Trump).
