I winged this recipe. I marinated hoagie meat with some seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a little cayenne) and come worcestershire sauce. Cooked it all on a flat-top cast iron with peppers, onions, and tortillas, then melted cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Very easy.
