WVU rising, Texas sagging. Horns Down!

In Texas’ 69-61 victory over WVU on Jan. 21:
Neither team led by double digits. WVU just needed to improve a little and it did, with 4 victories in 5 games!!!!

Since that game, Texas is 3-2, and WVU is 4-1.

Mountaineers beat Auburn, #15 at the time, Oklahoma by 34 points, last place Texas Tech by 15 and #11 Iowa State.

Texas lost to #6 Tennessee and #9 Kansas.

WVU obviously has improved and Texas had gotten worse since they met the first time.

Up is better than down, as in Horns Down!

That's what EVERY true WVU fans wants, right, is beating Auburn, TCU, Iowa State and Texas in a 6-game stretch? It would be awesome! And great prep for March Madness!

I wouldn't call Texas losses to UT and Kansas vs WV wins over OK and TT a very good comparison. To base your trending up or down on those results is hogwash.

I would call #15 Auburn and #11 ISU as a good comparison to UT and Kansas. The other 2 of TT and Oklahoma compared to KSU and Baylor not so much.
