Is it game over for Venezuela’s opposition as Maduro clings to power?
Opposition leaders are adamant their campaign to remove Maduro is very much alive – even as their candidate widely believed to have won the vote has gone into exile in Spain
No guns, no real opposition. Just tyranny. That's reality.
Against all the odds, they pulled off a once-inconceivable democratic victory against one of the world’s most unyielding authoritarian regimes. Even more astonishingly, Venezuela’s opposition activists managed to prove it, gathering a vast cache of voting data that offered concrete proof of their success.
Yet six weeks after Venezuela’s presidential election, it was the candidate widely believed to have won the vote, Edmundo González, who has flown into exile in Spain, while the apparent loser, Nicolás Maduro, looks set to keep power.

exceeded most people’s expectations tonight.That said, when it comes to getting things done, not just saying nice-sounding words, I strongly believe that Trump will do a far better job. After all, if Kamala can do great things, why hasn’t she? Biden rarely shows up for work, so she’s basically in charge already. The question comes down to this: do you want current trends to continue for 4 more years or do you want change?

Former San Diego sector Border Patrol chief Aaron Heitke, who retired last summer, testifies that he was told he could not release any information on special interest alien apprehensions w/ possible terror concerns, nor could he mention any of their arrests. He says San Diego sector typically saw 10-15 SIA arrests per year, but in 2022, 2023, & 2024, when word was about the border was easy to get across, those numbers exploded to over 100 each year. He also testified that the Biden admin forbid him from speaking to the media, and he was told to move migrants out of sight of the media, also adding that, “I had to release illegal aliens by the hundreds each day into communities who could not support them. To quiet the problem, two flights a week were provided from San Diego to Texas. These flights simply brought aliens that would have been released in San Diego over to Texas.”
