Or will she seek as many legal deductions as possible paying as little on her new six figure salary as she legally can while she promotes a 70% tax rate on anyone who makes a dollar above her six-figure taxpayer-supported salary?

It would have impacted something like 16k people in 2017. I'm not saying that's a good solution in order to fund much of what she is proposing, but it's also not what it's been portrayed by many on the right. Scott Walker was telling kids about how it would be like earning $10 for doing some work for your grandparents, then having your parents take $7 of it. I think Rep Hoyer made the same kind of comment about taking 70% of earnings.
