They are both incompetent. But at least she isn't talking to dead people. Biden is not healthy enough to carry out his duties. So this goes beyond my dislike for Harris or politics. The 25th Amendment needs used ASAP. The policies are not going to change regardless of what Democrat is rolled out there. Biden isn't in charge.
