And this is a good thing how? Now we can join Kansas as most likely to be voted not relevant. Thank you so much for destroying the program DH.

DH never had preparation for games. Game plan he had. Problem is he never made adjustments. DH talent left on team - Big fat 0.
What adjustments has Brown made..........and there is talent on this team, but your hatred for DH prevents you from seeing the truth.

Talent at RB. Where's the OL. Never hated DH. Just hate people slobbering over his dick pretending he is god of offense. How many times did Holgs choke on his own success at the end of season. At the end of previous seasons for your boy. This in 8 seasons.

3 straight losses to end a season
2018
2017
2013

2-2 in final 4 (he lost to the only 2 teams worth salt in Big 12 and Miami..
2016

Lost 4 straight in October
2015 7-5 regular season with an astonishing victory over Arizona State bowl

Lost 4 of last 5
2014

1-5 in final 6
2013

2012 won first 5, ass kicked next 5 / ended season 2-6 in final 8

2011 - finished 4 straight wins counting OB...People tried living off the OB that was 8 years ago.

Holgs resume looks all shiny on the outside but it's rotten to the core on the inside.

I would think you need to give NB 8 years before comparing to Holgs. But then again he may not make it past his 5 year contract.

2 games and people want NB fired.

WVU fans are the worst when it comes to sports and their coaches.

Lost to a 6-6 Utah team in a bowl. It was the only pac 12 team the won a bowl game that year.

Okay smart guy- what makes you think that the guy throwing the ball...or trying to throw the ball...or whatever it is he’s trying to do would be the same guy that DH would be using? Would DH be using the players the same way that Neal Brown is using them? And we do have talent at the RB bu when there’s 11 in the box (because we can’t pass) it becomes difficult. We have talent on the ol but are they being used correctly? Can’t blame DH for Neal Brown’s scheming and play calling

Dana would have been using Allison. Would DH be 1-1? Probably. Would DH finish with a winning record with this team probably not. he probably could finish 4-8. So can NB if things get figured out quickly.

But fans say 1-1 start and NB should be fired before 3rd game starts.

You’re making an assumption about Alison A we all saw what he did in the bowl game - no reason to be lone DH wouldn’t have gone out and found someone else.

DH probably would have landed the kid that went to Miami from tOSU or maybe the Clemson transfer that just beat WVU easily for Missouri.

In game coaching?

A good QB mask a lot of problems on a weak team. It's the main reason WVU teams couldn't finish a season on a high. It's the reason decent teams knew how to pin down Holgs offense. The man never finished a season that WVU was suppose to contend.

Holgs ran out knowing the team was in deep trouble QB or not.

That is what college sports is dependent on now

What fanbases will pay for content. This is going to determine the future of college athletics.

Kept us in the national spot light - put talent in the nfl and put butts in the stadium
What do you define as national spotlight? Coaches get paid to win games it doesn't matter if they put players in the NFL or not. Wvu currently has more active players in the NFL than any other big 12 school except Texas and Oklahoma so based on that does that mean he underachieved when you look at his results. Wvu game against JMU was sold out so butts were still in the seats. BTW the Missouri game was televised so we were in the the national spotlight last week. Wheres all the talent you keep talking about?

Kept us in the national spotlight by being a clown and ass on the sidelines and by repeating a late season collapse every year.

Put talent in the nfl but steadily decreased the talent on the roster by poor rectuiting and second rate player development.

Put butts in the seats at a steadily decreasing amount.

By the the former head coach jackass slinked out of town when he knew his lazy ass habits were going to lay a big egg this year.

Good riddance.

Someone help me. Does this mean that this game will NOT be free to watch on D-TV or streaming?

Depends. ESPN channels 788-798 are reserved for what used to be called "Game Plan" and are now called "College Extra" but they are essentially the same thing. I look through them occasionally on Saturdays and the games they show almost always have the ESPN+ logo by the score so the game may be shown on there and if you happen to be in the panhandle, there is a chance that MASN 1 or 2 could pick the game up as well.

National spotlight=being in contention for a BIG 12 championship and potential playoff berth throughout and late into a season. Having 10 win seasons. Crushing perceived powers like Clemson, beating top teams like Texas, top ten teams etc. etc.

Underachieved? He was the second winningest coach in WVU history. Average wins per season right in line with the best of them.
More ten win finishes than all but a couple of coaches ever at WVU.

People hated him and pretended he wasn't a very good coach because he wasn't a good ole boy and because he took over when a good ole boy was pushed out. Something he had nothing to do with.

Virtually everyone gets a game here or there on tv. Holgorsen had the national media talking about WVU (and btw they regarded him highly unlike the ungrateful and trolls pretending to be WVU fans on social media--trying to wreck WVUs program so WVU recruits would come to their school instead)

Coaches coach good QBs. And bring them in--as Holgorsen did for WVU.

What Holgorsen couldn't control--QB injuries. Happened in at least 3 or 4 seasons late. Lead directly to late season slides. Had nothing to do with "coaching".

WVU did contend in several seasons, dumb@$$es just can't seem to understand WVU doesn't play in the sun belt, they play in the BIG 12 which has been at or near the top of all college conferences in strength every year WVU played in it. There are elite teams every year in the BIG 12. OU has been a regular playoff finisher of late. That and Holgorsen had to get through at least 10 p5 games while your acc and sec squads are mostly playing 8. Even the B10 played 8 plus one OOC until a couple of years back.

This is the funniest post I have ever read....so we are supposed to kiss Dana's ass for ALMOST winning a Big XII title and ALMOST keeping us in the play-offs?

I don't think most people get paid for only doing 3/4 of a job....

And I am not sure in those numerous seven win seasons we were a potential play-off team.
