Trumps worse feature was his approach. Now, I'm not sure how I would have handled all the lies and down right subversion by the dems about the Russian collusion that they themselves were the ones doing the collusion. I know I would have handled the McCain situation different.
Trump fought back. He was a counterpuncher. He faced more lies and attacks than any President, ever. While his approach bothered some it also endeared him to others. Why would Trump suck up to McCain, who was one of the ringleaders pushing Russia collusion? Kissing McCain's ass would make Trump a phony. People appreciated a politician who was not a phony.

The only people actually undermining science, are the scientists. There are a number of examples discussed here regularly just with regard to COVID. We’ve discussed the manipulation of data on the climate stuff as well. It’s not us questioning them. It’s their position being treated as religion, and it’s imperfect, because such is the nature of science.
