Each team will receive (a) $2,000,000 or (b) 45-percent of "net revenue" derived from each of the games.
"Net Revenue" shall equal "Total Income" less "Game Expenses." Total income shall be the sum of (1) total ticket sales revenue, less applicable taxes, (ii) sponsorship fees (net of applicable commissions); (iii) media rights, if applicable and (iv) merchandise sales.
So for example if 57,992 tickets are sold the net revenue would be around $2,548,517 and if it is sold out that would be $3,309,396
$1 million buyout for 2026 within 30 days of cancellation and for 2032 that starts at $400,000 from Jan. 1-2027 to Dec. 31, 2028 then $625,000 from Jan. 1 2029 to Dec. 31, 2030 and finally $1 million from Jan. 1, 2031 to the date of the game.
Officials will be a neutral crew.
