Does GG have trouble visualizing and throwing to a spot?

We all know GG seems to be better on a roll out or scramble. But it seems more than that. It seems he has to see the receiver open before he commits. His long ball is accurate and as soon as things break down he can count on Clement to break off his route to find an empty space.

He also seems to throw a decent ball on outs and quick slants.

It looks like he is late on almost all his second option passes. The receiver is usually open before the ball gets there. Its difficult to see all this from television. Anyone see this in person I wasn't paying that much attention at PSU. I keep hearing from coaches that our receivers have to get open, but is them or is it GG can't anticipate the cuts.

A liitle OT: College rankings

U.S. News & World report current college ranking's. WVU sits at #220. I don't give crap. I received a tremendous education at WVU, which served me well in my career. Screw college ranking's. It only fuels insane helicopter parents pushing their children towards " top ranked Universites", at an incredible financial burden, to feed their own ego's.
