The Daily Caller obtained the resolution, which lists Bribery, Extortion, Obstruction of justice, Fraud and Financial involvement in drugs & prostitution as reasons to impeach Biden.

“It’s long past time to impeach Joe Biden,” Steube said in a statement after introducing the resolution. “He has undermined the integrity of his office, brought disrepute on the Presidency, betrayed his trust as President, and acted in a manner subversive of the rule of law and justice at the expense of America’s citizens. The evidence continues to mount by the day – the Biden Crime Family has personally profited off Joe’s government positions through bribery, threats, and fraud. Joe Biden must not be allowed to continue to sit in the White House, selling out our country.”

Article 1 states: “Robert Hunter Biden (Hunter Biden) and James Biden sold access to then Vice President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. (Joe Biden) while he was in office from 2009 to 2017 and sold promised access to a future Biden Presidential Administration while he was out of office from 2017 to 2021. Hunter and James appear to have promised official actions by Joe Biden in return for payments and business opportunities from foreign and domestic business partners. Joe Biden assisted by making appearances, phone calls, meeting with the ‘business partners,’ and knowingly allowing his family members to promise access to him and actions by him in furtherance of these schemes. Hunter Biden threatened business partners that official actions could be taken against them if they did not meet terms or make payments. In at least one instance, Hunter implied that Joe Biden was aware of these threats and willing to assist in enforcing the threats, potentially through official actions. Hunter Biden attempted to enrich himself and the Biden family by threatening official actions from his father, who he claims was willing to assist in the scheme. These acts are abuses of power as well as the following federal crimes or conspiracy to commit the following federal crimes: Bribery of Public Officials, 18 USC § 201; Hobbs Act Extortion ‘Under Color of Official Right,’ 18 USC § 1951; Honest Services Fraud relating to use of official position, 18 USC § 1346.”


Article 2 States: “According to testimony from IRS whistleblowers, members of the Biden campaign improperly colluded with Justice Department (DOJ) officials to improperly interfere with investigations into tax crimes alleged to have been committed by Hunter Biden. These acts constitute an abuse of power as well as Obstruction of Justice, 18 USC §§ 1505, 1510, 1512.”

Article 3 States: “James Biden recruited ‘investors’ for business ventures that ultimately failed. There is evidence to suggest that these investment opportunities were sold to investors based on false and fraudulent pretenses and promises. Access to Joe Biden and indications that Joe Biden supported these schemes were used to lure investors into the schemes. Article 4 States: “Joe Biden and Hunter Biden have a long history of comingled and intertwined finances. Between 2010 and 2019 thousands of dollars of Biden family money was spent on illegal drug transactions and prostitution. These acts constitute violations of or conspiracy to violate federal drug laws at 21 USC §§ 841, 842, 843, 846 and federal prostitution laws at 18 USC §§ 2421, 2421A, 2422.” (RELATED: House Moves To Delay Impeachment Vote For Biden)

In late June, The U.S. House of Representatives voted to delay efforts to impeach Biden. The vote was 219-208.

In May, Republican Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene introduced articles of impeachment against Biden during a press conference.

1980's: It was magical being a Mountaineer fan in the KV, and anticipating the upcoming season! I remember watching(via Closed Circuit TV) the 1982
opening game against Oklahoma at a sold out Charleston Civic Center. They had the game on a big screen, and Jack and Woody piped in to the speakers. When Curlin Beck broke the long TD run, the place erupted and I had no idea what had happened, until the replay. I'll never forget the traffic in downtown Charleston after the game! It was if WVU had won the National Championship!
-I remember (after beating Pitt in 1983), riding with 6 of my buddies in the back of our friends pickup truck, going down I-64 thru Dunbar holding a big WVU flag!! Having over indulged in Stroh's, we were surprised to see a WV State Trooper pull up beside us and give us a thumbs up!! We all thought we were headed to the pen!
-I remember the drive home from the 1984 (comeback win) over #4 Boston College and Heisman winner, Doug Flutie. My girlfriend at the time, wanted to leave at halftime due to the score(20-6). That atmosphere was unbelievable in the 2nd half!!
-I remember the WV Belle having a "Beat Pitt" cruise the Thursday before the game(late 80'S). All 3 decks was packed with Mountaineer fans, and lasted 3 + hours, going up the Kanawha. All great times that I wished the younger Mountaineer generation could have been a part of!

Akok Akok commits to WVU

--West Virginia held another open practice session Friday and it was relatively light in terms of what was unfolding on the field. There were no 11-on-11 periods during the open session that media was allowed to watch for around 55-minutes. However, there was a special guest with Athletic Director Wren Baker in attendance. There also were scouts from the Jacksonville Jaguars (former West Virginia staffer Mickeel Stewart) and the Tennessee Titans.

--But while it might have seemed light, on the field it was anything but when it came to the coaches. Neal Brown was fiery throughout the session and was constantly challenging his players and getting after them in almost every drill. He even called one of the special teams drills "a waste of time," because the players weren't executing it correctly. Chad Scott had a really good line with the skies overcast he said "Doesn't matter the weather, bring your own sunshine."

--The punt returns today were Preston Fox, Jeremiah Aaron and there was a lot of work dedicated to special teams. There were punt drills, kickoff drills and various other things that the coaches were focusing on during those opportunities. The players were practicing kickoffs to each side, as well as a variation of punts.

--The kickoff return team was Ja'Shaun Poke, Justin Johnson, Jaheim White, Preston Fox and Beanie Bishop today with each of them rotating on returns.

--Quarterbacks when not in the drill work and throwing in the nets, were taking turns rotating in 7-on-7 and placing balls into tight windows in the red zone.

--There were time spent on both individual drills and group drills today which the position groups would rotate to different stations. This was a big bulk of what we were able to see today outside of the special teams and the juice/stretching period.

--At the end the team split up into groups to two spot 7-on-7. I stayed at one end of the field where Garrett Greene was the quarterback, Justin Johnson the running back, Hudson Clement, Rodney Gallagher and EJ Horton were wide receivers and Will Dixon was the tight end on offense. The first defense on that end (again players were split up everywhere) was Lee Kpogba, Donald Brandel and James Heard at linebacker, Marcis Floyd, Keyshawn Cobb and Christion Stokes at safety and Andrew Wilson-Lamp and Jacolby Spells at cornerback. Rodney Gallagher had a really nice catch from the slot down the sideline while Horton caught a touchdown on what appeared to be a post.

--The second group working at that end had Jaheim White, CJ Cole and Traylon Ray at wide receiver, with Judah Price at running back and Victor Wikstrom at tight end. While the two rotated, Traylon Ray had a really nice touchdown grab at the goal line.

--A few players still sporting green, but all of them seemed to be practicing without any major concern. Jarel Williams was wearing red today but was out there throughout practice.

--Right when media was excused, West Virginia was getting ready to do a team two-minute drill with 1:22 on the clock and 1 timeout.
