As an aside, are you convinced all of the votes counted for Biden are legal? In other words after this canvass is completed, Georgia won't have to re-certify because all of those votes will be retained?

If those hand counted ballots aren't re-canvassed, then explain how the SOS is assured they're all legitimate? That State mandated recount did not include signature or registration verification. Kemp's order does. How else will those ballots not checked for those authentications be validated? They can be certified without authentications?
