You would think that a team which was "taking over the state"...

Would actually have some fans in the stands, for home games...

You'd think "The Flagship" would finish the season ranked higher than The Herd.
Remember, as bad as you think we were last season, we finished AHEAD of wvu.

We do, almost every year. Over the past 15 years or so, Marshall's average ranking is somewhere around 90. WVU is somewhere around 25. Try again...

By the way, nice dodge on the original post. If Marshall is taking over the state, why can't you put many asses in seata? I don't expect you to answer.

Now, now........ I was at the Hurricane Wal-Mart yesterday and saw a few people wearing Marshall gear. When I talked to few of them, it turned out they were from Milton. There was a shortage of tube socks at the Milton Flea Market.

There was this one guy wearing a Marshall coaching staff shirt, cap, and shorts. He looked a little like Johnny Holliday, but not as bug-eyed. He was tearing through boxes in the pharmacy section yelling, "Whar's the suddy-fed!".

15k on a sunny day when the fish aren't biting and South Point High isn't playing.

Is Fairfield Stadium still standing? It's much more suited to Marshall's level of play.

Look for several "cans of soup" games for the Herd this year
