Center Jesse Edwards and guard Seth Wilson are up for postgame press conferences.
-- Wilson says when he can see the ball go through the net it can naturally raise confidence. It meant a lot to him and it was nice to get going for his team. Wilson said it was enegry in the second half that helped him make good basketball plays.
-- Edwards says the team played with energy played looser and faster, and Akok made some big energizing plays. Edwards said they got into a flow and it helped them get going. He says that Akok is a really good player and he's going to help with minutes and rest but also in terms of scoring.
-- Wilson said Akok is special and to be apart of watching him play is huge and playing alongside him is great. Wilson says having Kerr back will be huge for the backcourt. He said he's a magician and his presence on the floor is going to huge. Edwards said Akok is great at playing defense and timing blocked shots and impacting every shot he faced since he feels like Akok is similar to himself. Edwards says he can play more free and since they have more rotation and other bodies to back him up.
-- Edwards says they usually don't have guys that join midseason and can give such as boost but they do with Kriisa and Akok coming back to give them a huge boost. Edwards definitely feels like they'll get a chance to refresh and get some rest with a week-long break. They want to keep the momentum going.
