As a long..long WVU fan of 40+yrs WVU has always had a long standing excellence of integrity & moxie from Bobby Bowden..Frank Cignette..Don Nehlen..to others including Dana Holgorsen..Neal Brown had integrity but lil moxie..but can I stand behind Rich Rodriguez I did once before...before all the bad stuff that happen..the incident with the cheerleader that ended up in a settlement & then sneaking out the back door with Michigan..but I do believe in second chances...yes I do..but it very hard to earn his respect again..do I think he will win..yes I do..no offense to Jax St...this is a better roster with some talented coaches..like Chad Scott..Blaine Stewart..Jeff Koonz & Andrew Jackson..the only thing I want is WVU to win..I bleed blue & gold through my veins..do I believe there was better choices that could do the job..yes I do..but we all have to support Rich leaving all grudges aside..so I end this by saying Congratulations Rich on coming back & Let's Go Mountaineers!!!
PS..As for AD Wren Baker he did everything he could for WVU to find the right coach with integrity & moxie..but everyone either turned him down or wanted a raise..so his last resort was Rich..not because of his winning record or his moxie..due to his integrity it was to Baker that pushed Rich down the line of coaches being being pursued...So I will still support AD Wren Baker for this move!!
