I really believe that Wren did the best he could with the budget in hand, and got the most coach for the money. I don’t believe for a second that Rich was a top choice but in the end the market worked itself out and WVU isn’t paying 6 plus million for a Barry ****ing Odom. GTFOH!
Wren needs to win now and rich is the best candidate for the money and the most coach he could afford. The next 5x years gives WVU time to establish itself and our identity. WVU cannot fail - we must win now!
