WVU 2-and-out in Big 12 tourney

Lost 8-4 to K-State this morning. Had a 3-0 lead after 1st inning, didn't score again until the 9th. K-State scores 7 runs in the 4th inning. WVU pitchers struggled throwing strikes. This was second straight game for the bullpen. Difficult to adjust pitching from the last conference series to having only 2-days rest before the conference tourney.

WVU still solidly in the NCAA regionals, but these two losses may drop us to a 3 seed, which really isn't a big difference between 2-3 seeds in a regional. It might shuffle us from Charlottesville to either Knoxville or Lexington (hoping for Lexington personally, much closer drive for me).

Got plenty of arms, but lacking control. After the 1st inning I thought WVU was going to score a bunch. But then they couldn't do anything against K-State's crafty lefty who stepped up for them in a must-win scenario for the Wildcats.
