When you start comparing stats between teams, it kind of ignores schedule strength of schedule. .
No doubt about that - OU's road win over Tennessee is way more impressive than anything WVU has done up to this point. And I made another post in this thread about our defense not facing a challenge yet. But for us, our defensive stats from 2012-2014 were not this good even with a couple of cream puffs to try to pad the stats early in the season. So we're hoping that this is a sign that things are finally turning around on defense. At least per Big 12 standards. We know it won't be possible to stay near the top of scoring defense stats in the Big 12. We're just hoping that we'll be able to get more stops when necessary this season.
