GAME THREAD West Virginia football vs. Baylor

It’s painfully obvious we can’t stop this offense. Might as well start bringing the house every down and force them to make plays.
 
There's an example of Aranda spazzing out on a decision. Every kick off in that direction has been shorter than the other direction. Trying a 55 yard FG in that direction was stupid. But he's probably also thinking that he'll get another 6-7 opportunities to score before the end of the quarter.

I don't think it really matters. It's a damned if you do, damned if you don't decision. If we bring pressure, then our DB's are exposed in open space. If we don't and we drop back in coverage, then we still allow receivers to run free.
 
Here's my thoughts. Position players are closer to their position coaches. And Brown firing their defensive coach was a chickensh!t move during the season to save his own job. Just saying.
Perhaps he was fired because he's a wife beater and they couldn't cover it up anymore.
