This is an Indian seasoning for chicken and I mix and marinade this with a ton of fresh lemons, herbs and olive oil. Let it sit in the marinade for a couple of days. Have to watch it as it will burn if you get it to hot but i like to get a crust and offset cook.

The recipe calls for ghee (butter) and some other stuff but I use it as a simple marinade. I place extra lemon quarters in the marinade with the chicken and also grill those. When you want to wet your chicken down, just squeeze some of the heated lemon on the bird. Works well and is fun to mess with while drinking beer.

We grilled some of this for about an hour and a half before the game and served it with potato slad. Good stuff and a nice change..

That is my favorite way to BBQ some chicken. When I was a kid that is what we BBQ'd at my house.

Love that stuff. We would eat that and then mom would make Kulfi (an indian type of ice cream)

man those were the days......
