As far as I can read in the Constitution of the United States, only Congress can appropriate funds. Talk about a dictatorship. Bribe to keep your campaign alive.

You wouldn't think even a president could break constitutional law and get away with it, but Biden does.

How can he get away with going against the ruling of the Supreme Court Court. I do not approve of my taxes paying for someone’s college debt when many could not afford to send their children to college while serving on active duty in the military as an enlisted man.
