The POTUS team doesn't just "show up" at a golf course. I'd say it was a day or two (or longer) that the golf club was contacted to let the golf club know they were coming.

I understand how this works. It's why FBI and CIA guys on FOX News right now are asking the same question and pointing out why that fact needs investigated and answered ASAP.
