I think the BLM movement is a crock of shit.......however......I don't have a problem with the stickers on our helmets.......the reality is that African Americans make up a majority of the team. We need to look at the whole picture as it pertains to WVU sports....if we fight this it will hurt recruiting and put WVU and WV in a negative light.
Disagree with you. There is a larger picture than recruiting. You guys are all toiling around still playing in the sand box. If the larger game is successful, the smaller stuff becomes non-existent and irrelevant.

This a person who for years also insisted to the board they were not Christian after proclaiming earlier in an argument on this board to actually be Christian. This is also a person who claimed to earn over 200K a year, yet by their own admission didn't deduct one dime to charity. This is also a person who claimed we would "all soon see" Trump's alleged "collusion" with Russians that was so obvious. Country never has made good on any claims, including a bet with @wvu2007 that Congress would be granted permission to view Trump's tax records or country would self vacate for a year. Lost that bet, and STILL hasn't paid up, and gets mad at your's truly for not living up to my lost bet over Trump being impeached.

Stopping the BLM antifa movement and their propaganda is more important than any WVU sport for me. The university would survive with their tuition paying students, instead of always spending millions on trying to keep up with the Kardashians of the college football world. I wouldn’t care if we had horrible recruiting classes, as long as WVU and the state of WV took a stand saying they support the idea that black lives do matter (as does every life), but they refuse to support a movement that funnels donations to the Democratic Party and is ran by Marxists. In no way would WVU or WV be looked at negatively if they would put out a similar statement and message. Why support a University that embraces domestic terrorists?
Some of you all would sell your morals and soul as long as WVU does good in sports.Sports should be very insignificant in ones life. The athletic department could not care less about you, unless they are begging for your donation, and then they want you to piss right off after it’s done.

The NCAA did not mention helmet stickers...they said players could put an emblem on the front of the jersey and put a Social justice warrior on the nameplate instead of their name. If WVU switched the front of the jersey with a helmet sticker...I'm good with that. If it is in addition to...I have a problem with it...and we are yet to know if this is a practice thing only....(at least I have not heard otherwise)

He knows it’s true and the AD here at WVU knows it’s true as well. They just had to pay a buyout for a defensive coordinator that was falsely accused. They also pandered to this Covid hysteria and are begging ticket holders to not ask for refunds and to just donate the money. Not to mention constantly buying new TVs for the locker rooms and zero gravity chairs, etc. If WVU doesn’t get a hold on propagating an agenda, their budget will be hurting for a while and deservedly so. Not to mention the tuition paying students could be getting refunds in tuition by not being allowed at games, and that will affect all sports, not just the beloved football and basketball team.

TV viewership has dropped roughly 30%.
Previously there was no question any and all races would sell out, now races have swaths of empty seats.
And keep in mind, this was a sport that was supported primarily by white males. If they leave their own sport how easily do you think they'll leave the NBA? (Of course only 33% of the NBA viewership is white so maybe the hit won't be as bad).
