The sign is not going to contain your speed or stop you from driving any speed you like. The design and purpose of a weapon is to shoot a bullet. You can't slow don't or speed up willingly the speed of a bullet at each pull of the trigger or even if there is a sign stating "slow shooting ahead". The comparison of wanting to speed at will to seeing how a target is impacted by a weapon appears incongruent that I would judge like a dog barking at nothing. One can willfully change the speed of a car while one can't change the purpose of the weapon which is to shoot a bullet. The purpose of where to place the bullet is another topic. Maybe where there is a similarity in your comparison in that both have people likely wanting to see what happens as a result of changing speed or shooting a bullet. You didn't say that, so otherwise your post is just a hasty reaction not really valuable to thought.
