It may prove to show Americans once for all that the legacy media is not to be trusted. At issue is whether Fox News Corp willingly misled viewers about fraudulent claims of voting irregularities in the '20 election? The so called "big lie" is repeated on the Left in hopes of discrediting Fox and ultimately a popular source for alternative voices on the Right. However the case may also open the doors to the other "big lie" about the '20 election...that it was the "most secure election in American history" and there is no evidence of widespread voter fraud. Curiously the same media accusing Fox of its "big lie" has no defense for perpetrating its own version of the "big lie" for its refusal to investigate any of the legitimate evidence in existence of the very fraud Fox News is accused of admitting never actually existed! The irony of ironies?

Excellent read here laying this all out, including the implications of taking Fox to court over its so called "big lie"

excerpt:
it’s in contrast to this journalistic dereliction of duty that the irony of the suit against Fox News becomes pronounced. Are we to believe, after all, that an overwhelming majority of legacy TV and newspaper reporters truly believed that the NY Post’s Hunter Biden laptop story was Russian disinformation? Or that COVID didn’t come from a Wuhan lab? And if they didn’t believe those things, how is what they did any different than what Fox News did?
