So then wouldn't the per capita percentages in rural areas by definition be higher because the incidents are divided by fewer numbers of people?
If you're arguing per capita numbers are lower in blue states, then you can't compare more densely populated urban areas to less densely populated rural areas and then claim the rural areas are more dangerous. That's dishonesty, but you're on the Left and honesty isn't a Leftist virtue.
