I’ll go on record as being 100% behind the hire of Rich at this time understanding that it is not universally popularly nor is success guaranteed. We can go on ad nauseum about the risks/rewards about the hire. The fact remains that he is our coach, and while I’m happy, I understand that many are not. My caveat is that there will be no six year of “trusting the climb” or “covid excuses”…if this staff is not meeting expectations in year 3 (2027), I will expect change. I’m a WVU fan first and foremost. My allegiance is to no man.
