Maybe some of you are aware of this, or I'm just late to the party. But I just received a text from my bank asking me if I had charged $.90 to some random place I did not recognize. Of course I said no, and they locked my card. I guess that the thieves will do random small charges (as low as $.01) as a test run, then hit you big if the card is not closed. The bank said they're counting on you not noticing such a small charge, or hoping you think it's some sort of random fee (thus the small amount). Like I said, most of you probably already know this, so I wanted to warn the ones that are like me and not the most tech savvy. I know we tend to eat our own alot, but we're still people in the end. I would hate for someone to get hit hard by a scam.
