Sure we can, just as long as they don't get a better offer somewhere else, or want to experience life in a bigger city, or have a chance to work with a coach with a better reputation, or want to play on a team that has a clearer path to a championship, or a dozen or so other reasons.

No such thing as team anymore. It's all about self first.

It's very difficult to coach in today's college game. Heck even the Coaches transfer after 1 season.
