Corporations don't pay taxes boomer, we consumers do.
People are not "forced" to work for low wages, they can leave any company at anytime their skill sets allow them to earn more.
Companies breath the same air and eat the same food their workers do. They are not interested in "harming" the environment running their busineses, and most are responsible and voluntarily clean up after themselves to the extent they mess up.
Businesses are not "required" to provide health insurance benefits. They are "benefits" designed to attract and keep good workers and they have every right to manage those costs just as they do labor costs.
Any company that pays its workers is fulfilling its only obligation to them as is how they agree to compensate their management.
"Taking advantage" of their labor costs is a false assumption, just as consumers "taking advantage" of lower prices for goods and services is simply the free market operating.
Lawmakers seek to get paid off, so they can cut more favors into the tax code for their lobbying friends (yes, true some in businesses) so they can pass out more free stuff collected from we taxpayers (because companies don't pay taxes)
Businesses which "overreach with greed" are usually trying to remain profitable which allows them to hire more taxpaying workers or make cheaper products or get more favorable treatment in the tax code to either keep more of what they earn or pass along more graft to the crooked Government politicos who are in fact seeking even more power and influence to keep their cushy jobs to give away more free stuff to folks who aren't working.
