Dana is a great offensive mind, but he lacks the basic understanding of how to run a program. When Dana comes out and says he is spending more time in the WR's meeting it tells you we have a problem. Dana needs to hire quality experienced people to run these meetings so he can be the CEO of the program which is recruiting, meeting with alums that donate money, over seeing winter work outs, and other broad type things. Back to running a WR's meeting means he does not like to do those other things.

Its funny, because you can pick up small things that gives one a look of what is really going on in the program but so many people cant or wont look at these little nuggets of information.
