Seems like only yesterday WVU was dropping 70 on Clemson now look at them compared to WVU. And to do it and not be in Texas is truly magical wouldn't you say? Thank God WVU didn't end up in a conference like the ACC...sheww

Although I'm sure it's unintentional...your sarcasm pointed to several valid topics worthy of discussion.

Care to clarify the one you intended ?

Clemson was a far superior team to Oklahoma they had better athletic's more size and speed. They physically dominated OU 2 straight years. The big 12 is a middle heavy conference that plays physically weak football

"Physically weak football"?! What do you base that conclusion on?

Clemson has the advantages of bigger boosters, better facilities, a better location and better recruiting grounds. To think that just because Clemson can do it, WVU can too, is flawed logic.

Clemson has been the benefactor of unprecedented promotion for their program the past five years. Prime time games every year and steady pumping for recruits by their media partners.

No one in the BIG 12 has received this and it showed the last two seasons.

That and Clemson is the #1 team while OU was number 4 and full of injuries.

Clemson also didn't switch conferences.

Disagree respectfully. Just a bad match up. Oklahoma did fine against Bama. They don't get much more physical than Bama.

So you think WVU can build exactly what Clemson has done?

That was three seasons ago and has nothing to do with this year. Clemson had more size and speed and they exposed Oklahoma.
