Woodrow wilson and FDR, couldn't do anything with the economy for 3 terms and only got it going after the start of WW2.
Well, let's look at everything, Started SS, WPA, CCC, all because he couldn't do anthing to get the economy going. Sounds like shovel ready jobs, doesn't it? The only thing that worked was WW2. He blockaded Japan knowing full well that Japan would retaliate but then blamed Admiral Kimmel for Pearl Harbor when info was kept from the Admiral. Wilson and Roosevelt were socialist, I have a very dim view of socialist. I thought FDR was reelected 3 times and died in office.
I don't think he sucked......but.......wars will do wonders for Presidents.......especially ones they don't start.
