This statement has too much emotion and not enough logic. Brown should not have even been hired, let alone kept. Most schools have an adjustment period with a new coach. Most don't turn out like Indiana. Neals leftovers might fall flat on their faces. It may take Rich a year or so to stock the team with the right guys. His coaching style is harder to recruit for because he has a coaching style. Brown was feckless. There was no method or discipline. He would recruit duel threat qbs just to make them into pocket passers. Pure idiocy. It won't shock me if the Neal holdovers don't take to being coached hard. There won't be much of anything the same as it was under Brown. Rich is changing everything not just a little.
