Why would anyone think that this administration hated Russia?

Janet Yellen paid Putin $18 billion dollars to soft invade Ukraine by going into war torn Donbas so they had an excuse to fund Ukraine which really funded the defense industrial complex who through this money laundering of US tax dollars made the complex and politicians rich and Ukraine equipped with a new military and funded their pensions.
