The Georgia Elections Board has approved a subpoena to obtain testimony and evidence to investigate whether third-party liberal activists illegally harvested thousands of absentee ballots during the 2020 presidential election and the January 2021 Georgia Senate runoff election.

The subpoena was sought by Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who is investigating whether ballots were illegally harvested during the two elections.

According to Raffensperger’s office, a whistleblower has reportedly alleged that he took part in a large operation to gather ballots in which he and others were paid $10 for each vote procured.

According to Just the News, “The group’s complaint said surveillance camera footage showed ballot traffickers delivering stacks of ballots to drop boxes between midnight and 5 a.m. and cell phone records showed as many as 240 activists made such deliveries.”

The secretary of state’s office will use the subpoena to obtain evidence from the election integrity group True the Vote. The election integrity group filed the complaint saying they had obtained videotapes, a whistleblower’s admission, and cell phone location records showing what they allege was a widespread ballot harvesting operation.

This latest issue follows in the wake of allegations of voter fraud at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta and many other areas of the Peach State on election night in 2020.

According to Just the News, the state-appointed monitor discovered 29 pages worth of “irregularities, mismanagement and other problems in the Atlanta vote-counting center,” during the election “ranging from double scanning of ballots to insecure transportation of ballots and violations of voter privacy.”

In excerpts from a book written by Mollie Hemingway about the 2020 election, Hemingway claims there were enough voting irregularities in Georgia during the 2020 presidential election to warrant a discussion about holding a do-over election in the Peach State.

The journalist wrote, “In the months since the 2020 election, data has been put forth showing strong reason to question the legality of more votes than the margin Biden won [Georgia] by. Had a court been willing to hear the argument and had Trump’s attorneys been able to show the data in the weeks following the election, a good argument could have been made for holding a new election.”

It may be too little too late, but if these efforts prove the voter fraud we all allege in fact did occur, at least we'll have closer scrutiny for the next critical Statewide election. Dems can't win unless they can cheat. If they can't cheat as easily here in Georgia as they did last time, they'll get wiped out.

Can Georgia recall the senators?

Can Georgia recall the senators?
Not exactly...not for this anyway. It's a pretty involved process even getting a recall petition valid, even then there's no guarantee an elected Official ever would be recalled primarily because of the number of votes required to pull it off.

The best we can hope for at this point is full awareness of how the Dems cheated, prosecution of those who evidence proves knowingly violated State election Laws, and iron clad safeguards to make sure Dems can't do it again this upcoming cycle.

The relevant legislation requires at least one of the following grounds for calling a recall election:

  • an act of malfeasance or misconduct while in office,
  • violation of the oath of office,
  • failure to perform duties prescribed by law, or
  • willfully misusing, converting, or misappropriating, without authority, public property or public funds entrusted to or associated with the elective office to which the official has been elected or appointed.
