MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University baseball student-athlete Austin Davis will participate in the three-day Collegiate Summer Baseball Invitational in Bryan, Texas, starting on Thursday.
Davis, a rising junior from Orlando, Florida, will play for the CSBI Unity team. The four-team event will feature Division I athletes from around the country.
The CSBI Unity team will begin competition at 5:30 p.m. ET on Thursday. Thursday's games will be televised by ESPN2. Games on Friday and Saturday will be broadcast via pay-per-view. More information regarding the Collegiate Summer Baseball Invitational is available at CSBI2020.com.
In 16 games this past season for the Mountaineers, Davis hit .322 with 11 RBI.
