Correct, they rejected his BS legal arguments. Why would anyone think that the POTUS could break any law he wanted while in office? It's just insane. Easiest decision they've (or any court) had in years. One of the 3 judges is a conservative Repub appointee btw.

The fact that biff went all in on this immunity bs shows how he really thinks he’s infallible. Whatever. Now that his immunity desperation is done, the way is now paved for him to go down like a ton of bricks.

I think it was a pure delay tactic and they're not done milking this particular issue yet as it holds up other legal actions.
