The biggest point is as Americans you shouldn't assume the New Democrat Party has any real plans on WINNING any War they start with Russia. Or any war with the CCP or Iran. “We cannot allow coup attempts to take Bolivian lives once again. We want to urge everyone to defend democracy,” Arce said from the presidential residence, Casa Grande.
According to footage from the scene, armed soldiers were seen gathering around Murillo Plaza, a main square in La Paz where the national executive and legislative offices are located. It is unclear why military units are in Murillo Plaza and how many there are.

The “coup plotters” of Bolivia are left-wing soldiers, meaning this operation can occur due to two situations: 1) internal strife between Evo Morales and Luis Arce, the former wanting to return to power through a fast track that he can later legitimize with a referendum2) self-coup with failure planned in advance to “reset” the government and introduce communist expropriation laws to the private sector given that the country is on the way to total meltdown because it ran out of natural gas (the Bolivian CB has been selling gold reserves since last year)
