If NB isn't going to be retained for 2025, what is taking so long for an official statement from WVU?

A whole new look for what a HC is required to do. I believe moving forward programs need a Director level guy over football operations while allowing a coach to coach and oversee. The director would evaluate portal players and the distribution of NIL dollars and evaluate recruiting. He would also be over a funding arm for football operations ONLY. He would evaluate talent and direct the coaching staff towards rhe kids that had been evaluated by office of director. Saban would be great on that role
